Thank you for another exceptional article. I was in senior leadership positions in child welfare and community mental health for 25+ years. These characteristics inform nonprofits child welfare services as well as tech and technology! Leadership is leadership and this translates into so many different areas. It might look different but look closely and you'll see the similarities.
